Happy New Year!
I want to be the first to say it. That's usually my greeting to everyone for the first three months of the year. Sorry. Not sorry :/.
As we approach a new year, I can't help but think about goals and things that I want to achieve in the coming year. Simply writing them down, hasn't worked well for me. Actually, I usually take action the first few weeks of the new year. After that, you know the rest.

This year, I'm doing something different, I'm creating a vision journal. I get to include ANYTHING that I want to be, do or have in 2016. The only rule that I have in place is not to go beyond two years. I've learned that anything beyond two years, overwhelms me. I can't have that. Overwhelm doesn't look good on me.
With that said, what are your plans for 2016? How will you realize your plans/goals?
To kickoff the New Year, here are my TOP No Excuses Approach to ensuring that my new year resolutions stick:
1. Get clear on what you want most
2. Dream BIG, set no limitations
3. Break each goal into small, obtainable steps
4. Get help, stay accountable
5. Measure your success along the way
6. Don't quit
7. Celebrate your successes along the way
