I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right care for your children. "Right" care can mean so many things. Living in California, personal child care providers can be found on every corner but when it comes to quality, well, that's a different story.
I am pleased that there are so many options today when it comes to hiring a nanny for your family. The most frequently asked question that we receive is, "How do you know if the nanny that you've found is the right one for you?" The truth is, you don't know. The truth is everyone has their game face on when trying to get hired. We see it day in and day out. It's not until you actually hire the nanny that you get to experience their true colors. Not all of them are bad.
We've created the weekly Q&A for families, who have questions about the nanny hiring process, how to know if using a service is the right choice and concerns, is it really safe?
During the weekly call, we will always share what The Nanny Factory offers and how we can help. Most importantly, we will answer your questions about concerns that you may have regarding your current child care situation or how to find the right nanny on your own.
